(i) a person is at least 18 years old or at least of a minimum gambling age applicable in the jurisdiction such person is located in for the time being (whichever is older);
(ii) a person is not factually located in the Restricted Countries; and
(iii) a person is not factually located in the territory, where online gambling is prohibited.
